Video Content Platform Development

With limited time and a constant demand for relevant, high-quality content, I developed a scalable video content platform to support Elsoms' growing brand. Our challenge was not only volume, but relevance — our audiences span the agri-food supply chain, and content that works for one segment (e.g. carrot growers) won’t work for another (e.g. wheat customers).

To solve this, I created a podcast-style video format that gave us hours of evergreen and topical discussion, covering everything from farming advice to portfolio updates. I managed scripting, filming, and editing — later developing a repeatable workflow that allowed me to outsource efficiently. Content is now distributed based on customer segmentation via paid social, email, and affiliate partnerships, ensuring every audience sees what’s most relevant to them — without overload.
